Freemasonry is one of the world's oldest fraternal societies, whose members promote Masonry's three great
tenets or principles...Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth. These "ideals", which follow the ancient usages, are taught to all Masons upon their admittance to the fraternity. The lessons taught are veiled in a system of "stories" or allegory and cover each phase of life, from birth to death to enable a better understanding of one's self and fellow man.
Membership is open to any man who believes in a Supreme Being and is of good moral report. Men of all races and religions join together for the common good, sharing a mutual goal in…"making good men better". We make no distinction of one's station in life as all men are equal once entering the "lodge room".
Freemasons strive to be good family men as well as upstanding citizens in the fulfillment of their civil and moral
responsibilities. Practicing charity through volunteering as well as giving, treating all with kindness and respect and promoting truth are the objectives of our organization.
Throughout history, many well known figures have sought membership in our fraternal organization. It is one of the few organization's that has remained virtually unchanged for many centuries.
